Riley began her studies at The University of Victoria where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then moved to Vancouver to attend UBC for her Master of Physical Therapy. Since graduating, Riley has been working in Vancouver and spent two seasons as head trainer for the New Westminster Salmonbellies Junior A lacrosse team.

Riley enjoys working with athletes of all levels and ages. She applies a combination of specific and functional exercise, manual therapy, education, dry needling and other modalities to help her clients return to the sports and activities that matter most to them. She enjoys connecting with her patients and believes in the power of working together as a team. 

Riley was born and raised in Revelstoke, and as a result she learned to ski before she could walk. She is excited for her first year exploring the slopes at Big White and joining the community of Kelowna.
